Most health clubs rely on you not to lose weight. They expect you to lose interest after 4-6 weeks and stop attending, whilst still collecting your money on a monthly basis. Thats why you are tied into a yearly contract. If every member attended the gym at least 3 times a week, it would be chaotic. Here at Spartan fitness we help you take control. Spartan workouts can be performed in the park, in your garden, in your home or even in the car park.
3 times a week is all it takes to gain health, fitness and toning and fat loss needs. Everyone can find 3, 45min sessions a week. If you are one of those people who say, "well it sounds good but i dont have the time". Let me ask you this, if i gave you £1000 for every workout, would you? of course you would. The day hasn't lengthened, just your priorities have changed. So just be honest with yourself and say, my health, looks, and being around for my children are not that important to me.

= 21.3 BMI guidelines:
below 18 very underweight
18-20 underweight
20-25 HEALTHY WEIGHT

BMI is itself not a direct measurer of fatness. It is only an indication of proportional weight. Over-weight people have an increased risk of developing high blood pressure, raised blood cholesterol, diabetes and wear and tear to joints and ligaments. Being overweight is a very common problem, arising from an imbalance between energy intake (the calories in food) and energy expenditure (activity). Weight reduction is therefore more likely to succeed when moderate calories restriction is combined with a programme of regular exercise.
